Major changes at Tally. Distribution model changed, and we opted for 5 Star Partner Role plus Partner Developer Role. 5 Star Partner role was demanding us to concentrate on end users and solution selling capabilities. Increased the Man Power and had an instant success. 2017 was a mile stone year wherein GST was a game changer. In the month of July itself we catered to the migration needs of 3000 clients successfully. Tally Sales grew 3-fold.

Continued to strengthen the leadership. Dealer database reached 500 plus. Client base for Tally reached 2000.

Constitution changed, and Private Limited Company formed. Mrs. Varsha Shivapurkar joined business as a full-fledged Director. Finance and Admin started getting a proper guidance.PC Market was getting little over crowded and margins started getting thinner. Realised a gap in Software sales and strategically started concentrating more and more on software sales and services

Issues in Partnership. Realised the importance of other important aspects of Business other than Sales and Service. Client base continued to build stronger and stronger. Expansion in territories such as Konkan & North Karnataka. Shifted to own and spacious showroom place at Rajarampuri.

Milestone year. Sold 89 PC’s in Jan Feb & March 1990. When others were struggling to find customers Instacomp gave an unmatched performance. Offerings were simple “Total Solution” – no language barrier i.e. the best solutions offered even for local language computing. Started Distributing “Shree-Lipi” a Devanagari software.

Instacomp formed. Basic idea was to provide a complete IT Solution. Hardware, Software, Consumables, Services, Consulting etc. Tough period. Average closure use to take few months.
