If you are not sure about the registration type of your party while creating or updating the party master, you can select Unknown as the registration type in the party ledger.You can update the details later by altering the party ledger. If you want to update the details of multiple parties, you can conveniently do so from the Update Party GSTIN/UIN report. If such parties are part of taxable transactions, ensure that you update the details before filing the final returns.

You can create multiple addresses for one customer in Tally. ERP 9, and update all the GSTINs of that customer along with the corresponding address.
